I’m Nika, and This is My Story:
I’m studying towards Clinical Psychology, a founder and the voice behind The Remedy Press, a mind-body platform built on one radical idea:
understanding yourself should not cost a thing
Having spent the last 8 years obsessively researching the connection between the mind, the body, and food through thousands of books, therapy, lived experience, and a lot of unlearning, I have dedicated myself to making that knowledge accessible to everyone.
Today, I’m the founder of The Remedy Press, a platform where I answer the questions people would normally pay a therapist or nutritionist to explain. Free, every Sunday, no agenda. My book is currently in development, a first-of-its-kind home toolkit bringing together therapeutic and nutritional approaches for everyday struggles.
Prior to founding The Remedy Press, I spent years managing people in the hospitality industry, which taught me more about human behaviour under pressure than any textbook ever could.

“My mission is to give you the answers your body and mind have been waiting for.”
I built The Remedy Press because I was (still am sometimes) once the person desperately searching for answers.
Why I felt the way I felt, why nothing made sense, why I was struggling in silence with no explanation and no access to help.
I found my answers through years of relentless self-education, and I refuse to keep them to myself.
I live by one motto:
“If you don’t take care of yourself, no one else will.”
Everything I create comes from that place.
If we haven’t met yet, come find me. I built this for exactly the person you are right now.
A Few Things about Me:
1.
The world is my favourite classroom
I catch every chance I get to travel and explore. It has given me so much: perspective, stories, and apparently, the occasional souvenir I didn’t ask for. Still worth it, every single time.
2.
Matcha is
my love language
A matcha obsession is basically a personality trait at this point.
3.
My Home Is a Little Jungle
I’m surrounded by plants, such as cacti, aloe vera, palms all in that perfect deep emerald green that just makes a space feel alive. Safe to say, I take my greenery seriously.
4.
Neat Spaces,
Clear Mind
I’m a tidy person through and through. Everything has its place, and white is my colour of choice. Calming, clean, and timeless (and yes, white is absolutely a colour).
Causes Close to My Heart
Mental health
We all have mental health, even when we don’t talk about it. At some point, every one of us has navigated anxiety, uncertainty, fear, or moments that quietly knocked us off balance. This cause is close to my heart because I believe awareness alone isn’t enough. People deserve real resources, real conversations, and the reminder that what they’re feeling is valid. When we support one person, that ripple reaches far beyond them.
Gut health
Gut health changed the way I think about well being entirely. When you learn that 90% of your serotonin (feel-good chemical) is produced in your gut, suddenly everything, your mood, your energy, your mental clarity starts to make a lot more sense. What we eat and how we care for our gut is one of the most powerful things we can do for both our physical and mental health, and it’s a conversation I think we need to have far more openly.
Physical health
Every woman deserves to feel strong, informed, and at home in her own body, yet so many are still navigating their health without the resources or knowledge they need. I’m passionate about empowering women to understand their bodies, trust their instincts, and take their physical well being seriously. Because feeling good in your body isn’t a luxury, it’s the foundation everything else is built on. Movement, rest, nourishment, and self-advocacy all matter, and every woman deserves access to all of it.
